This Bodrum cooking class invites you to prepare traditional dishes from across Turkey — right in the heart of a local kitchen. ☀️ Morning Turkish Breakfast Class Start your day with Turkish tea or coffee and homemade snacks as we get to know each other. Then we’ll cook beloved breakfast staples together, using seasonal ingredients and cherished family recipes. Expect fresh vegetables, cheeses, breads, and warm dishes that are essential to a traditional Turkish breakfast. You’ll also learn about the history of Turkish coffee, how it’s traditionally prepared, and the customs around when and how it’s enjoyed — a delicious window into Turkish culture. Evening Dinner Class with Alcoholic Menu In the evening, enjoy a welcome cocktail and a colorful spread of meze — small dishes that are the soul of Turkish hospitality. You’ll then dive into preparing hearty main courses such as grilled dishes, rice pilaf, eggplant-based specialties, and more. Dinner will be paired with local wines or rakı — Turkey’s iconic anise-flavored spirit. We’ll share how rakı is traditionally enjoyed, how to drink it properly, and how to appreciate its unique flavor to the fullest. Once the meal is ready, we’ll gather around the table for a true Turkish feast. While we say, "we cook for 2 hours and eat in 10 minutes," you're welcome to savor each bite slowly.
